WHO AM I?
I am Maleesh Dissanayake Mudiyanselage, currently a PhD student at Lancaster University, United Kingdom. My academic specialization is in Accelerator Physics and associated engineering technologies following a sustainable approach. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Sri Lanka and a Master’s degree in Large-Scale Instruments from France, focusing on Accelerator Physics. Over the past few years, I have engaged in multiple internships and traineeships to further develop my research and academic expertise in this field. Key experiences include a traineeship at CERN in 2024, a summer studentship at CERN in 2021, an internship at IJCLab – CNRS in 2023, and a traineeship at SBAI – INFN in 2023.
